Sherwin Bodsworth has been a Professional Hypnotherapist for many years, and has dealt with a wide variety of problems and issues. His successful approach is to deal with each client as an individual, although there problems may be similar, such as panic attacks, insomnia, lack of confidence or depression, they have developed them in many different ways, and he believes, it is only by formulating a programme to suit the individual that the therapy can reach a permanent conclusion.
Lots of people are extremely wary of hypnosis, but there is nothing magical or mystical about it, (as stage hypnotists would have us believe). Hypnotherapy is not only a powerful tool that can be used to get to the root of our emotional problems quickly, but can also inspire and motivate us to achieve great success in our chosen field, such as sport, entertainment and in the business world. In fact there is very little that hypnotherapy can not help. For example:

Hypnosis is based on scientific knowledge and in 1999 The British Medical Association (BMA) acknowledged Hypnotherapy as an ‘orthodox’ treatment.
