I am a qualified and accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist. I offer face to face Counselling/psychotherapy for adults struggling with emotional and psychological problems.
I work individually and with couples.
I’m also a Reiki practitioner.
My work is integrative, oriented to fit each individual.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and adhere to a strong code of ethics. I regularly attend professional courses and workshops to keep my knowledge up to date.
In addition to my private practise I work for Cruse Bereavement Care. Also, I work alongside the Red Cross with victims of major disasters.
I am presently working with victims of the Grenfell disaster.
